Exchange & Return Policy – Promate UAE

To benefit from Promate UAE’s exchange and return services, please make sure to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

The original invoice must be presented when submitting any return or exchange request.

Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase, while exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions stated below.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns and Exchanges

The product must be in its original condition, exactly as received at the time of purchase, including all accessories and original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from Promate’s warehouse in Dubai in case of return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

If the product has been opened and does not have a confirmed manufacturing defect.

If the product has been used in a way that violates the warranty terms, including but not limited to:

Misuse.

Damage, breakage, or physical damage.

Opening the product in an improper or unauthorized way.

Failure to follow the operating instructions.

Exposure to water, unless the product is water-resistant.

Any external repair or maintenance performed outside authorized channels.

4. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Promate UAE reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

A technical error on the website.

An incorrect listed price.

The product is out of stock.

In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account or credit card. The customer will not be entitled to request the provision of the product.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 2 to 15 business days from the date the product is received by Promate’s warehouse.

The refunded amount will be limited to the product price only and will not include shipping costs.

6. Policy Updates

Promate UAE reserves the right to amend or update this Exchange & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
