Promate offers a global warranty on all its electronics products for a period of 24 months starting from the date of the purchase.
The buyer can claim his warranty in more than 150 countries worldwide where Promate has a brand office or a distributor.
The claimed product will be replaced after inspection if it is proven to have a manufacturing defect with the same model or the newer version if the same model is not available.
The company bears the shipping fees for the replacement product to the buyer if it is proven that there is a manufacturing defect in the product after inspection, and if the product is found to be intact after inspection and does not have a manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the shipping fees.
To benefit from the product warranty, you must provide the purchase invoice, whether from an online store or any other point of sals all over the world.
The warranty covers the manufacturing defects in electronic products only.
